• 新手阶段：自己能否胜任助教工作，把助教基本工作做到及格？（对应新助教必修培训）
• 熟练阶段：如何把各项基本任务做到优秀，比如将答疑辅导、作业命题做得更好？(对应基础主题研讨)
• 探索阶段：助教工作中有哪些未知的可能性？(对应进阶主题研讨)
